Wind is a source of renewable energy .

The construction of a wind turbine requires space, materials (concrete, steel, composite ...)  

Its operation brings noise and visual pollution  and only turns if it is windy.

In the absence of wind,  thermal power stations take over.

The surplus  electricity produced by high winds could be stored in various forms (hydrogen, compressed air, etc.) and be returned when there is no wind, thus avoiding the use of fossil fuels.  

Recycling of fiberglass blades  is not easy.

Use  hemp, which could also replace steel and concrete, would simplify recycling.
